All orders are processed upon confirmation via our website. We typically ship orders within 48 hours, unless otherwise stated, and offer various shipping options. To ensure product quality during warmer months (May to September), certain shipping options may be required or unavailable and certain products may be unavailable for shipping. Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method. Applicable sales tax will be added to orders delivered within Utah.
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and provide valid payment information, including name, credit card details, and security codes. For event or bulk orders, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement to reserve your event date. Website orders and custom orders require full payment upfront. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, as it secures our availability for your order. The remaining balance is due by the specified date in the invoice, and a 5% late fee will apply for each day payment is delayed.
Please note that while we strive for perfection, handmade small-batch products may have slight variations in appearance.
We accept all major credit cards at this time. All sales are final, and discrepancies must be reported within 60 days. If there is an issue with your payment or tax calculation, please let us know so we can resolve it quickly.
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as milk, wheat, nuts, and soy. Please let us know about any concerns you have prior to ordering. Spark Sugar Co. is not responsible for any adverse reactions due to allergies. All risks associated with product usage remain with the customer.
We want you to be happy with your order! If you are dissatisfied, please reach out to us at support@sparksugarco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. While all sales are final, we will review each situation individually and may offer store credit at our discretion if something doesn’t meet our high standards.

In the rare event of shipping delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, Spark Sugar Co. cannot be held responsible. Spark Sugar Co. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any consequential, direct, or indirect damages arising from the use of the website or products. Our liability for any issue with your order is limited to the amount paid for the product. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or accidents, we may void the contract, but we will always strive to work with you to find the best solution.
