Hi, I’m Sara, founder, wife and mom of 3. My dessert path began in 2010 when I struggled to make a simple batch of cupcakes from scratch.
What started as frustration quickly turned into a passion for food science. Since then, I've dedicated myself to mastering the art of dessert-making, blending science and creativity to craft the best desserts you've ever experienced.

This passion, combined with my desire to help others, led to the creation of Spark Sugar Co.
